WIF 2010 - webdesign international festival - France

OBNINSK, Russie. Maxime Shereykine, vice governor of KALOUGA area and Nikolay Shubin, Obninsk headmaster joined the WIF program beginning of this year, planning to rely on their involvement in this worldwide event to promote Russian Skills on an international scale.

The whole computer scientist-designers and programmers community is congratulated by the vice governor, “they did a lot for that contest’ birth and brought economic support… and our role as institutionals was to help local initiatives. ”
The headmaster announced the theme: “THE ABC of entrepreneurship”, or how to enter professionnal life and make business. Mr Moyseev, an informatic expert, explains that the subject is to help people who want to create an enterprise, even for small business that needs help for their beginning.
